Spoiled Rotten

I'm so lucky to have such a loving family that gave me so many gifts this Christmas. Nono and Grandma Debbie made me a special santa bear and bought me a beautiful necklace. Grandma & Grandpa Kucab gave me my very own Radio Flyer so that I can take walks around the neighborhood with mom and dad next summer.

Of course I also got several fabulous new additions to my wardrobe....Grandma Debbie thought I should be just like mom and Aunt J - these pretty much speak for themselves....

Merry First Christmas!

Wow! We just got home from all our holiday travels and I had THE BEST time. Christmas is wonderful and now I know why everyone was so excited. Mommy and Daddy were really proud of me because I stayed overnight at both grandma's for the first time and it didn't bother me one bit - it was FUN. Thank you to my family for all the presents, I love everything SO MUCH....especially the wrapping paper.

New Discovery

Most of you know that I am typically not a big fan of bottles...however at my first holiday party last weekend there seemed to be something a little better than usual about this one...(don't worry, I wasn't driving)

Christmas Cards

So I wasn't kidding when I said mom has been making me sit through lots of photo shoots....apparently at Christmas we send cards out to all our friends and family and mom has been trying to capture "the perfect shot..." Am I going to have to do this every year?!

Holiday Preview

Mommy and I have been very busy getting ready for Christmas - I'm excited to see what Christmas is all about since there seems to be so much excitement in the air....Mommy and I go shopping almost every day and for some reason all my clothes seem to have turned red and green?! Plus, Daddy put up a big tree in our house with lots of pretty lights and Mom has been making me sit through all sorts of photo shoots...more to come on that later :)

Yesterday my friend Sophia and her mommy came over for a visit while daddy was at the MSU basketball game (he might actually be a bigger fan the even me...) Jen, Sophia's mom, takes really great pictures and she brought her camera over so we could have a photo shoot. (My mommy's pictures never turn out quite this good :) This is mom's favorite of them all and she wanted me to share it with everyone...

Happy Thanksgiving

Yesterday I celebrated my first Thanksgiving. Mom, Dad and I went to Grandma & Grandpa Kucab's house. Mommy and Daddy had a really nice time celebrating with all of our family - there were 22 people there! I wasn't so sure about all those different faces and so I wanted to make sure that everyone knew exactly who I was and how I felt about all that turkey mom ate. I'm very thankful to have so many loving relatives that didn't mind all of my fussing!

3 Months Old

Can you believe it?! I'm three months old already - mommy and daddy are stunned at how big I'm getting and all the fun things I'm up to. At my three month appt I weighed 12lbs 9oz and was 24.5 in long! I'm in the 75 percentile for height - which is remarkable since mommy and daddy don't seem that tall.

My favorite activities are chatting to my toys, playing in my jumperoo and kicking around in my rocker. I love it when daddy comes home from work because he is the MOST FUN to play with!I'm still a HUGE fan of tubby time and usually can't wait until I hear the water running. Life outside the womb is definitely getting better and better everyday. Mommy says I'm developping quite the personality - she usually says this whenever I'm trying to tell her I don't want to do something....

Soon To Be GodParents

Mommy and Daddy are planning to have me baptised after the holiday season. They picked two of my favorite people to be my godparents - mommy's best friend Sara and daddy's best friend Brian. I know that they will be great godparents, although in this picture I don't seem so sure...

#1 Fan

Last Saturday was my first tailgate party!! (Dad has been excited about this since he found out I was on the way... :) We went to East Lansing to cheer on the Sparty's against the big bad Wolverines...unfortunately we might have needed to cheer a little louder. I had lots of fun while I was there, Liliana went too and we had a great time enjoying such a fun fall day together!!

Playgroup

Last Thursday mommy invited all my friends over to play! We had lots of fun together - this was our first playdate that wasn't all girls, Brady was the big stud amongst all the little ladies!!

Happy First Halloween

Yesterday was my first Halloween ever! I really liked my flower costume and had a lot of fun Trick-or-Treating with Judy, Gina, Abby and Cooper!

Big Fat Greek Wedding

Last Saturday my Aunt Jill and Uncle Mike got married!! It was a very busy weekend...I spent alot of time with my Grandma & Grandpa Gio so mom and dad could participate in all the wedding festivities. It was my first night away from home - I really liked the hotel and thought that the Westin's 'Heavenly Crib' was a close second to my own bed :) The biggest bummer about the weekend was that mommy forgot to charge the camera in time so we didn't get to take any pictures (so sad...) she is threatening to dress me back up in my wedding outfit to recapture the moment...Luckily, the wedding photographer managed to snap a few of us but we won't get those for awhile - mom was able to steal the pics above from another wedding guest but since I was camped out in the church nursery most of the time I'm MIA from all the photographs. BAD MOMMY!!!

Mommy is always real worried I'm going to be too cold outside - I think she can rest assured I won't be getting frostbite anytime soon...

A Little Pumpkin

Yesterday we took our first family outing to an apple orchard near home! (I think mommy just wanted an excuse to use my pumpkin hat...) I was very excited to meet one of my extended cousins Isabel (Izzy) and her daddy Danny. We didn't get to stay at the orchard for too long though because mommy grossly overestimated the temperature and we were all a little cold!!

Fall Fashions

Now that I'm almost 2 months old I am just starting to outgrow my 'newborn' sized clothes and mom has seized this opportunity to stock up on some of the latest styles for fall...here is one of her favorites!

Social Skills

Mom and I went to her friend Jen's house for a playdate yesterday. Mom met a lot of great people through her childbirth class and they all have babies that were born about the same time as me. From right to left in the pictures are Sophia, me, Tallulah, and Ailey. My good friend Liliana was there too for a little bit but she left before mom decided to get out the camera and my newest playmate, Mia couldn't make it. All of our moms are amazed that they met each other and all had girls so close in age!! I wasn't entirely thrilled about these pictures since mom tried to take them right after I woke up from my nap and I didn't have any time to get my picture face ready...

Mom said I need to publicly apologize for yelling at Tallulah and Ailey or they won't want to be my friends anymore. I'm very sorry, it wasn't their fault mom didn't give me enough time to rest up for our first pic together!!

Tubby Time

Back when I was only a week or two old I didn't really like bath time too much, but now that I'm so much more grown up (6 weeks already!!) its becoming one of my favorite activities. I'm not quite sure why mom always insists upon making weird suds shapes on my head with the shampoo...she is bizarre!

Crib Upgrade

No wonder Mom and Dad miss sleeping so much, their bed is way more comfy than my crib, too bad they don't ever actually let me in here!

"Dress"ed Up

Mommy put me in my first dress ever for one of Aunt Jill's bridal showers. I'm glad there wasn't a hat this time but I'm still not entirely sure I like playing fashion show...

First Playdate

This is mommy's friend Victoria and my new friend Liliana, she was born just 2 weeks after me! We went to visit her in the hospital but this was our first playdate at her house, we had such a good time napping together!!

Mommy dressed me all in green and white this time so I would get psyched up to watch the football game with daddy....its just so hard to stay focused....
